Anyone you track in HIPAA Defender's staff module — employees, contractors, volunteers, and anyone else with access to PHI. This is the same definition HIPAA uses for "workforce" under 45 CFR 160.103.

Can I switch plans or service levels later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at your next billing period.

Is there a setup fee?
